I don't even know where to start to say thank you for what you did for Mike and me. Starting right from the beginning you were an angel. No matter how many questions and stressful moments I had, you were always just an email or phone call away.

Magens Beach was so beautiful ( even with a little rain ). The sun came out and everything was perfect, just like paradise should be. I loved our ceremony and vows - they fit us perfectly. I do want to thank you for arranging our transportation with Move My Group. I do have to say the drivers were very careful to keep our secret about Mike's Dad & Mom joining us on the island, for which I'm truly grateful.

Teresa and I are very happy to give a testimonial. There's only one problem, neither one of us can find the words to describe how happy we were with our wedding. We keep finding ourselves telling our friends just how perfect everything was.

To try and plan something as important as a wedding from 2000 miles away and have every detail come off perfectly is a true testimonial in itself. Every request we made was just as we had asked it to be. From the colors in our flowers to the quality of the pictures.

We originally planned on being married on our cruise ship, but plans fell through because of timing. Needless to say, I was scrambling to find another port or venue when I came across Colleen's website for Simple Island Weddings. Once I called her, my fears were put to rest immediately and she walked me through the process of getting married in St. Thomas. Every question or concern I had was addressed immediately via email or phone.

The people she works with on St. Thomas are professional as well - our driver stopped at beautiful locations so we could take our own pictures, my bouquet was beautifully done, and our photographer took great pictures. We found out too, that Colleen had a back up driver in case the first one had trouble!

All that being said, what truly made our day special was you, Colleen. Your warmth and genuine spirit made us both feel very special and we would recommend anyone to you for their wedding.

Thank you for making our April 5th, 2009 wedding day a beautiful stress free event! We had such a blast and Magen's Bay Beach was so beautiful!! The heart in the sand was perfect, thank you again for picking the fresh bougainvillea flowers to decorate the heart ;) The bouquets were also amazing and just like I had imagined. Our photographer, Eric Johnson, took the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen and I am so proud to show them off. Once again, thank you for putting us in touch with a wonderful photographer who also made our day fun!

I don't even know how to say thank you enough. My wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to you. You recommended Papa Bear - he was great. He was standing right off the ship on time - actually, he was early. He was so much fun for us. He not only took us to the court house, but made sure we stopped for some pictures that overlooked Magens Bay. He played music for us, and also let us know some of the history of different things on the island.

Then, once we got to the beach - to be greeted by a hug from you, even though you didn't know us, was such an easing gesture. Since everything has to be done online and with a couple phone conversations between the two of us, you really don't know what to expect. You were wonderful at taking the stress out of some of it, and reassuring us that things would work out just perfectly.

Thank you so much for taking into consideration what kind of flowers I liked - my bouquet was amazing. I loved it! You made the wedding so relaxing and laid back - just the kind of people Matt and I are. The sand ceremony looked great, and even still looks great now that we are at home. I think the sparkling cider just topped everything off, since it was starting to get warm.

I have to say that your suggestion on getting married at 10AM was a very smart one. The beach wasn't too crowded for the wedding, but by the time it was done, the people started rolling in, and the weather started to really warm up. It couldn't have been a more amazing day with an amazing scenery.

Papa Bear was, of course, on time, and made it very well known that we had just gotten married when we left the beach. He even took us to another lookout for more pictures on the way back. Lunch was great. It all went - just how Matt and I would want it to go. It's a day we will never forget, some emotional times, some laughs, but most of all a commitment that means more to us then anything.

Thank you for getting our marriage certificate done so quickly - it even beat us home. Colleen, we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. We will never forget that day and you will always be part of it.

To anyone thinking about leaving all the drama behind and getting married at the ocean, this is the way to do it.

Steve and I were so VERY happy with the way everything went! Julie did such an amazing job with my hair and makeup. With a wave of the curling iron, a little hairspray and pins I had a timeless mound of curly hair pulled back into the most pretty up-do! I have never had anyone do my hair and make- up and actually like it. I absolutely LOVED it that day. I really never ever thought I would look that good on my wedding day.

Everything was so "simple" and I wouldn't have changed a thing...not even the storm that almost happened.

Sonya's photos were the best. Her technique along with the most dramatic backdrop at Sapphire Beach could not have been any better. I really can't even choose which photos, out of my favorites, to enlarge and hang up. I love them all. I might need a digital picture frame! I relive the moment each time I look at the photos (every day...!).

Colleen, thank you so much for your time and arranging everything...and making it simple, but special. It truly was an intimate experience just like you said. Although our family was back home, I knew that they were still with us, and it was great to have you and Sonya there to share the moment with us. Steve and I really enjoyed the fact that we did not feel rushed and had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the moment (something most couples don't experience in a big traditional wedding.) When you performed the ceremony, the words came to life, with the waves crashing against the rocks and the breeze in the background. We can't thank you enough!
