When you agree to have me officiate at your Caribbean wedding ceremony, you are getting a mature, warm-hearted, down-to-earth woman who simply wants to make your wedding easy and memorable. My name is Colleen Mader. I have lived on St Thomas for 20 years, I love it here, and I'm sure you will be enthralled by the beauty and serenity of the island.
